Additionally, moving our bodies in a group opens us all up to receive the bounty of the entire weekend.

Internal Alignment for True Soul Freedom
David Rojas will inspire and empower you to discover, trust, and reveal perhaps hidden facets of your inner self. You'll walk away feeling relieved and empowered after extracting and containing some of those old habits that no longer serve a purpose.
3:00-3:50 PM

You are invited to buy a drink in Judge Still's Tavern to accompany the light afternoon hors d'œuvre provided during this lively conversation.

Savor this time to enjoy dinner in the Inn's dining room or in the town of Coupeville, reflect on the day at sunset with a glass of wine and new friends, or take advantage of this opportunity to schedule private sessions with some of the presenters.

Sunday June 7, 2015

7:00-9:00 AM
Continental Breakfast ++
As an Inner Circle guest staying at the inn, you receive a nutritious continental breakfast of breads, pastries, fruits, juices, coffee, etc.
8:00-8:50 AM
Mindful Motion: Physically Connect with Spirit and Body
Derik Kleinhesselink guides us to become peaceful and present through focused movement & breathing. Energizing the body can calm the mind and make the spirit open to receiving the Divine. Being thoroughly focused on specific techniques will bring your mind into a zen-like state allowing for harmony between body, mind, & spirit. Here you can experience a deeper physical connection with Spirit and your Self.
9:00-9:50 AM
MELT and Mobilize
Jill Pagano introduces us to and works with us using the MELT Method, a self-treatment technique that helps people get out and stay out of chronic pain. Using a specialized soft foam roller and small balls as tools, MELT helps mobilize joints, rehydrate your body’s connective tissue and rebalance your nervous system. This Hands-off Bodywork® approach will increase joint mobility, improve posture and balance while enhancing your body’s ability to heal.
10:00-10:50 AM
Emotions, Stress, and Creativity: Connecting Your Emotional State with Stress and the Energetic Progression of Creation
Dr. Thomas Kim DC explains the clear mechanisms underlying how stress can affect your health. He describes how your emotional response to stress affects certain organ systems in particular. In this workshop you will learn stress solutions that are clear and simple to implement in order to maintain an optimal energetic progression of creation and functioning.
11:00-11:20 AM
Break / check-out / luggage drop
Inner Circle guests can use this time to confirm their check-out with the inn staff and bring luggage to a central area for storage during the afternoon.
11:30-12:50 PM
Brunch Workshop: Nourishing Body & Invigorating Spirit ++
Auntie Sindy Todo & David Rojas join forces and sit with you over a scrumptious and spirited brunch to describe intentional eating and drinking. You'll learn new ways and be reminded of some already familiar ones of incorporating animal, mineral, and vegetable into your festive morning meals with focus and meaning. This workshop will encourage and empower you to conjure healing, strength, and protection for yourself and the guests you welcome around your table back at home.
1:00-1:50 PM
The Power of Thought for Healing in Hoodoo
Carolina Dean delivers the strong message that Hoodoo is not something you *do* when you need it. It is a way of life, both a philosophy and a practice. It is a way of interacting with others, living in community with the Ancestors, and moving closer to at-one-ment with God. It is something that you carry with you every moment of every day. You will walk away from this session not only knowing that you are in control of your own life but also believing that you can and will change your life for the better, now prepared to do so with the tools you receive during this workshop.
2:00-2:50 PM
What is your energy personality — Is it working for you or not?
Jill Pagano introduces us to the world of “energy personality”: what energy do you show up, react or respond to in your life situations. Once we understand our energy tendencies, we can wake up to which energy we’d consciously like to tap into, rather than the one we habitually use or overuse. Consciously accessing a variety of energy personalities allows great freedom in choosing how to respond to life and thus affects the outcome of every situation. For the workshop experience, we’ll go directly to our human source, our body, for the greatest insights of all.
3:00-3:50 PM
Let Your Hands Guide the Way: How the Body Language of the Hand Can Lead the Heart and Mind to Success
Jim Barker opens our eyes, ears, and hands to practical elements of body language from a chiromancer's perspective. You will gain an awareness of the energy your hands carry. These new insights can help you direct your thoughts, feelings, and actions to support your will and thrive in your endeavors.
4:00-4:50 PM
Closing Ceremony: Healing Power of Gratitude
Sindy Todo & David Rojas acknowledge the ancestors, entities, and guests present throughout this life-affirming, enriching weekend for the many gifts already accepted and those yet to come. It is often said that acknowledging what we have achieved or received with gratitude opens the way to further bounty. It is with this awareness that we conclude the weekend and go forth feeling more focused, healthier, and more confident.
